He knows quirks hold some essence from their original holder, he has been haunted by them in the past after all. So, what if his did as well? What if a connection could be maintained like a download, slowly adding his consciousness to another body? Perhaps it would be possible, but he would need a rarity nowadays to do so cleanly. A quirkless individual, a child would be best, with no quirk there would be no defense against his own. And even if this process takes years, a child should be alive long enough to see it through.
