“I think,” He starts, getting a purposely blank look on his face–something that tells Cody the man is putting in effort to hide his reaction. “That I am missing a crucial piece of information for this conversation.”

He rubbed his thumb over one of Dean’s knuckles, watching his eyelids flutter a little before he turned his face away, swallowing.

“Nothing anyone can do to help,” Obi-Wan said with a rueful twist of his mouth. “It’s not all bad. It really isn’t all like this, and I—well, I suppose I’ve become rather used to it.”
Rex’s response to this was best described as “unimpressed.” Obi-Wan coughed a little to clear his throat, carefully, and when nothing further seemed to be forthcoming in the way of dirt or petals, gestured Rex in closer.
“Now, about our own situation—I have a few ideas.” He looked around, carefully, tracking guards’ trajectories and lowering his voice even further. They leaned together, ostensibly to huddle for warmth, as Obi-Wan started to sketch out the beginnings of his plans.

He had been compromised in the field, and that was why his heart rate was tachycardic, his vision was blurred, and he was currently being dragged down the hall by the armpits, his wrists cuffed behind his back so that every step wrenched against his shoulders.

Adams Kopf hat keine Ahnung, wie er das finden soll, aber sein Körper steht dummerweise nicht auf seiner Seite, weil er allein bei der Idee schon wieder Interesse zeigt. Als ob Adam ein verdammter Teenager wäre, der sich nicht einkriegt, weil vielleicht die Chance besteht, dass Leo mit ihm ins Bett geht. Und das obwohl klar ist, dass Leo ihn nicht mal anfassen wird.
