That should’ve scared Toge to know he’d been watched for some time now by those eager to overthrow his house. It should’ve, yet it didn’t, not when he saw the potential in Yuuta. Power was power, and Yuuta reeked of it, exuded it from every pore on his body, and Toge would’ve been a fool to waste it when it was being offered to him. It was what he’d always wanted, after all. “That’s an ugly pet you’ve got there,” Satoru comments, peering over Yuuji’s shoulder for a better look at the blob of baby-pink flesh he’s cradling.
A baleful red eye bores into him. “Gojou Satoru—”
“I think he’s kinda cute.”
Sukuna’s comically tiny mouth—made all the more hilarious by how the voice coming from within is still his deep bass—snaps shut, that single eye swiveling back to Yuuji while dripping offense and incredulity.
“Cute?” Satoru asks, joining Sukuna in staring at Yuuji.
There’s an unrepentant shrug. “Like a very weird cat. I think he’d be a cat, if he were an animal. You too, sensei. Different types, though. Very different.”
“You’ve…put a lot of thought into this,” Satoru says faintly.
“I’ve had a lot of time to think.” Yuuji smiles. The first smile Satoru’s seen from him, and all he can think is that Yuuji should never, ever smile—not like this. “Hey, Sukuna? If I give you the choice to stay with me, you’ll just say no again, right?”
In one world, death snatches Satoru away from the arms of victory. In this one, his student saves him from the jaws of death.
But this isn’t the Yuuji he knows.

A flicker of vulnerability appeared behind Sanji's eyes as Zoro spoke. "Your scent—it's different. Completely. You're like a different person. You're like a… you smell like—" It had been at the tip of his tongue, the front of his mind. But Zoro never let the idea of it settle.
"An omega?" Sanji murmured, barely above a whisper. Any honesty, any chance of disarming Sanji disappeared. He locked back up right before Zoro's eyes. "I smell like a god damn omega, don't I? What, does that bother you, alpha?" Sanji hissed, his voice harsh, angry. Something in Zoro grew taunt, threads pulled just before their breaking point. The cook pushed back, Zoro unprepared, and he stumbled a little as Sanji now took the lead. "What the hell does it matter? I never said I wasn't an omega. I never claimed to be a beta, or an alpha—you made assumptions, everyone made assumptions, you all—" He choked. His voice wavered and Sanji fumbled, pausing in his step, in his motions.
___tldr; after wci sanji and the rest of the crew meet up with their other halves in wano. only zoro notices that there was something different about sanji, and the cogs in his head turn a lot slower than the rest of the crews. bless him.

“Right away” the waiter says fondly.
“I’ll take a beer” “one milk please” Usopp and Luffy say simultaneously. The waiter nods.
“I’ll take a glass of Sake” Zoro says, sparing a glance at the menu as he pursues the different brands. Zoro looks back at the waiter, meeting bright blue eyes, catching a whiff of lingering smoke.
The waiter pauses once again, looking at Zoro as his eyes slowly travel up and down his body. Zoro squirms in his seat as the waiter gives him a crooked smile. “Neat, chilled, rocks, or warm?”
“Neat”
“Very well. Something strong for…” the blond looks up and down at him. Stalling his eyes on Zoro’s biceps for just a second before traveling back up to his face. “…someone strong”.
