Summary
A What if universe where instead of becoming the "Traitor of Gondolin" Maeglin ends his suffering himself before the isolation of Gondolin could drive him mad. This story will see the effects of his action for many unexpected parties all across Arda, how it was taken with different Pov's, the consequences of realizing misunderstandings too late, and how healing can happen despite the tragedy.
This is was supposed to be a one-shot since the idea literally just hit me! But now will be a two-shot!

Summary
Túrin doesn't make it to Dor-Lómin from Nargothrond. Instead, he somehow stumbles into Nan Elmoth, where an elf finds him and declares him his husband. He doesn't know what to make of this place, or of Maeglin, who is his only protection from the bloodthirsty court of the forest.
Meanwhile, Morgoth is having the time of his life.

Summary
Eöl has some legitimate worries about Maeglin. Eöl does not express these feelings well.
Rebellion is a trait that the Noldor, almost by definition, share. Will Maeglin grow into the same wanderlust that at last brought Aredhel home to Eöl’s hearth? But where can it take him? What bright lover might lure their twilight child into the outside world’s cruel wars and crueler mercies?
And how may he be bound closer? When such discipline as this is necessary, what can be done to stop it from driving the child away?

Summary
After his mother's death, Maeglin had to navigate life in the city of Gondolin alone. His uncle was nothing but cold towards him, his cousin cruelly refused his love, and the people of the city turned their backs on the dark elf. Hatred festered in him, warped his mind to anger and cruelty, until an unlikely opportunity presented itself.
In return for giving up the location of the hidden city of Gondolin, the Dark Lord promised Maeglin the crown, but that was not all the dark elf wanted. With the House of the Mole at his back, his lover beside him, and his uncle chained beneath him, Maeglin starts his rule of the new Gondolin. As he works to rebuild and unite the city of elves, men, and orcs, there are dark forces at work that threaten his rule.

If a person cared to hear it, and if they angled their head just right, they could make out the distant calling of unhappy souls from almost anywhere in Mandos - their weeping, their screaming, their singing.
And then, just once, the crack of leather, a stifled cry.The closer Fëanor came, the clearer the noise was: the snap of a cord through air, the echoes of blows raining down on skin, and faint whimpering, strikingly loud through silence. It quickened his heart and his feet - whatever was happening, it couldn’t be allowed to continue, he was certain of that.
Fëanor encounters a hurt young elf in the Halls, and intervenes to bring him to a place where he can heal.

Summary
Sauron must be defeated. In a last attempt to aid the peoples of Middle Earth in overcoming the war that lies ahead, the Valar choose one of the House of Fëanáro to redeem himself in this fashion.
But wars come to an end, as does the time of the eldar in Middle Earth. Now every life must be rebuilt from scratch in this newfound peace.

Curufin's dearest wish is to follow in his father's footsteps and create great things just like him. However... things happen. And in contrast to the brilliance of his father's Silmarils, the works of the younger Curufinwë seem destined to fall into obscurity.
Join Curufin and his son Celebrimbor as they make their way across the pages of their history, with all its toil, anguish, violence, treachery, and great love despite everything.
Very closely based on the published Silmarillion (I even include character dialogue from the book, when it exists). This is essentially my interpretation of what happened to Curufin and Celebrimbor 'between the lines' of the story. And the main theme is their 'works', or the things they make.

Harry Potter was many things. He was a powerful wizard, the master of death, a powerful Auror, a problem-solver....sort of😅, and above all he was someone who craved family. He wanted a family that would love him for him and above all would not be FAKE! He had a good life...mostly after all that trash with Voldemort and the war but still he craved a new life where he could be loved and do what he wanted.
He though the whole master of death thing was just a fancy title....yeah it wasn't😬🫣.It just didn't mean what he thought it did which was apparently reincarnation after a long as hell Wizarding life and being reborn into an immortal species! Not only that, he just so happened to be reborn as a character from a book he read as a kid that was on their way to being hated and tortured AGAIN.
Yeah no.
Harry Potter now Maeglin Lomion was not about to deal with a prissy princess, naive cowards, royal drama, psycho Demigods, crazy relatives, bigoted relatives, and FATE!
He's gonna lead his own life this time and no ones gonna stop him!
