Harry's absolutely sure it's Malfoy's fault that they are stuck reliving the same day over and over.
Harry is good at his job. He's professional, has an excellent closure rate, and is a well-respected Auror. Malfoy's the unprofessional one with his snark and his judgemental eyebrows and his far too-posh-for-work robes. If Malfoy could have managed to refrain from being a pain in the arse, everything would have been just fine. They wouldn’t have gotten in yet another argument, Harry wouldn’t have been distracted, and Harry certainly wouldn’t have accidentally set off a powerful artifact at their crime scene.
And if Malfoy would just get out of his way now, Harry's sure he can quickly fix this so they can get back to their comfortable professional dislike of one another.

“They’re wool, actually,” Draco said simply, moving his leg closer to Potter to let him see for himself. The Gryffindor was obviously in distress and maybe even some pain, and if taking it out on Draco right now helped him, Draco would let him. Maybe he really did have a crush on the poor bastard. “I’m sorry.”
“What?” Potter’s voice sounded less venomous now.
“That you got picked,” Draco explained, “I can’t believe they’re making you participate. And I honestly hope you don’t die.”
Potter watched him in confusion, “You don’t think I put my name in?”
Draco laughed and kept looking ahead, “You would rather eat slugs.”

Ranboo... well, Ranboo regrets getting on that stupid plane in the first place. Stupid plane with it's stupid inability to function as a plane and stay in the air.
He glares up at a falling snowflake as it lands on the tip of his nose near-perfectly, laying exactly where he'd fallen when he'd jumped from the crash site, in the middle of a canyon, in snow that is at least a foot deep.
And then he realizes that he is stranded, alone, in the middle of an island off the coast of Canada, and 'Oh, yeah, if I keep laying in the snow I'm going to freeze to death, because I am barely dressed for this weather at all.'
So, without further ado, Ranboo gets up, dusting snow off of his person, tugs on his metaphorical bootstraps (sneaker laces), and tries to figure out how the hell he's going to manage to climb up a cliff wall that is at least five meters tall.
He used the bootstraps metaphor for a reason.

So he watched, waiting for a reaction that never came, and Tommy tilted his head with furrowed brows.
“Are you going to order, or just stare at me until we close?”

Tommy is complacent in his life. He's got a job with people he trusts, a sort-of-brother, and enough money to manage on his own when they age out of the system. He's doing perfectly fine for himself, thank you very much, and he doesn't need the sort of family that this Phil guy keeps trying to offer him.
Or, Tommy heals a villain and has to deal with the consequences of his actions.

Of course, touching the stars was going to have to wait, because he'd lost that dream the moment his parents had died when he was ten years old—the moment he had watched that starship explosion and felt a bit of his heart die with them. He'd lost that dream when he was transported to prison and then to a place called Pogtopia.
He'd lost that dream when he watched hundreds of children starve on the streets of Pogtopia. When he and two friends become the lone survivors of the Red Planet's Genocide. When they were rescued, and he was captured again.
But maybe—maybe one day, he would regain that dream. Maybe he would hunt down the mass murderer that had executed his friends and gain his revenge—but that day was not now, and now he sat in a prison and stared at the faraway stars.
Perhaps there would be people that he could call family again. People he would see again—people whom he had lost years ago. One day.
Because he was an Avian, born to be forever alone amongst broken stars.
And Avians did not fall unless they wanted to.
