How could he be so stupid?! He had barely got him to be his friend! Why did Hob have to turn around and be selfish and fall in love? Oh, this was bad. How was he supposed to look Dream in the eye next Saturday? Mainly, how was he supposed to not look at his lips and not think about how much he wanted to kiss him senseless and—oh no! Hob smacked his forehead and groaned.

Not quite a question, but as near to it as Dream is likely to get in this situation, which is rapidly becoming desperately uncomfortable (for Dream) and confusing (for Hob).
"Do you know how money works?" is the first question that pops out of Hob's mouth.
After making an ill-advised bet with his sister, Dream of the Endless is rendered completely human for one year. In need of a place to stay he turns to Hob, unaware that his oldest friend has been holding a torch for him for the past several centuries. Human experiences! Living life to the fullest! Overcoming depression! Food trucks!
It's going to be a long year.

Summary
For years Odin’s been trying to find the perfect mate for Loki. His trickster son foils each of these attempts with his juvenile pranks, switching secondary genders to repel any potential suitors. Attempting to circumvent Loki’s gender fluidity, Odin presents two potential suitors from Midgard.
One is an omega named Tony Stark, heir to the multi-billion company of Stark Industries, intelligent enough to keep Loki on his toes. The other is Stephen Strange, an alpha Master of the Mystic Arts, with a depth of magical knowledge that might be enough to tempt Loki into mating.
Loki’s solution is simple, make the two suitors leave of their own accord to avoid his father’s wrath.
However, unbeknownst to Loki, both Midgardians are hiding secrets of their own. Tony is attempting to escape a future life of being mated to an abusive alpha, while Stephen is months away from suffering an Eldritch malady that will render him comatose if he doesn’t find a mate to bond with.
